Operational Dashboards
Bring important information into one clear, live view.
Ellwood Data Works builds operational dashboards for organizations that need to
understand what is happening without searching through multiple systems,
spreadsheets, reports, or websites.
Dashboards may include live status information, alerts, historical trends, maps,
performance summaries, equipment conditions, workflow metrics, or public
information displays.
02
Data Collection and Integration
Bring scattered information together.
We collect and combine data from APIs, spreadsheets, databases, public datasets,
websites, forms, devices, and existing business systems.
The result is a more consistent and useful data source that can support dashboards,
reports, automation, or future applications.
03
Reporting and Automation
Turn repetitive reporting into a dependable process.
We create automated reports, scheduled summaries, notifications, exports,
validation checks, and recurring data workflows.
This service is intended for work that is currently performed manually,
repeatedly, or inconsistently.
04
Custom Internal Tools
Build the tool your organization actually needs.
Some workflows do not fit standard software. We build focused internal applications
such as issue trackers, lookup tools, data-entry systems, maintenance tools,
operational control panels, specialized calculators, and decision-support tools.
The goal is a practical system designed around the real process, without
unnecessary features.
05
Data Migration and Cleanup
Move, organize, and improve existing data.
We help transfer information between systems, combine files, standardize
inconsistent records, remove duplicates, validate results, and prepare data for
future use.
This may involve spreadsheets, databases, exports from older systems, or records
that have accumulated over time without a consistent structure.
06
Light Data Recovery
Recover accessible files from old, failed, or non-booting computers and storage devices.
We provide logical data recovery for situations such as deleted files, inaccessible
file systems, damaged partitions, readable drives removed from failed computers,
and data trapped on older hardware.
We do not perform clean-room hard-drive repair, internal mechanical repair,
controller reconstruction, or chip-level SSD recovery. Physically failed devices
may need to be referred to a specialist laboratory.
Recovery cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on the condition of the device and
whether the original data has been overwritten.
If files have been deleted or a drive has begun failing, stop using the device as
soon as possible. Continued use may overwrite recoverable data or worsen the
condition of the drive.
Simple transfers start at $100. Recovery work is quoted after evaluation.
